Every hotel I have ever stayed in allowed us to park in what I would normally call the "welcoming" area. We walked back to the lobby to wait for our room where I got to stand in line again for check in. After getting yelled at for blocking the driveway I parked the car in the lot near the building where I was told I might get to spend the night. I left my 13 year old son in the car for check in because the hotel is pretty expansive and check-ins are normally quick.

I had parked behind a car that was behind one of the vans. Got yelled at for parking my car in the circular driveway. Had to stand in line, twice, so between waking him and that, check in took an hour. Check in took forever because my husband didn't put my name on the reservation so I wasn't permitted to check in. Worst hotel experience ever! Struggled to find hotel, no illuminated sign.
